1976 Monte Carlo
The 76 M Carlo was a nice looking, nice driving with gobs of power. It had a three barrel carberator, 350 cubic inches, 378 torque ft.lbs which produced 350 HP.
This is the car we owned when the most precious most loved, most treasured, most inestimable, most valuable and irreplaceable jewel was unexpectedly severed from our lives. This was the most heart wrenching, stabbing and unequaled pain imaginable and even more. There is no other comparable pain! I was splitting wood in the woodshed behind our house when from the house came a skry, yes a skry , Ginny was screaming and crying and then blurting out that "Debby was dead Debby was dead". When I finally could calm her down a little she muttered that Ken (her husband) had called and said that she had been shot. He told us where they were and we dove into the car and broke all speed limits all the time thinking that it was not true and that there was something we could do. The police were there when we got there but they would not let us into where she was. They had questions for us and for Ken and his friend. Some say it was a suicide but we are not so sure because things just do not add up.
We loved our daughter so much and there isn't a day that goes by that we don't think of her and miss her. She loved life and she loved to live. She was beautiful, loved everyone and everyone loved her. She had no reason to leave this wonderful world. Thats all for this post.
